My name is Sara Kelly, and I am a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP) in the state of Nebraska. With a master’s degree in Christian Marital, Family, and Individual Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor’s degree in Family and Child Sciences from Florida State University (Go Noles!), my academic background has equipped me with a deep understanding of the complexities of human relationships and emotional well-being.
I am dedicated to integrating faith with evidence-based counseling practices throughout the therapeutic process, utilizing both prayer and Scripture to foster a supportive environment. As a military spouse, I have firsthand experience with the unique trials faced by servicemembers and their families, and I resonate deeply with the challenges they navigate.
Additionally, I hold a certification in Prepare Enrich, a faith-based premarital and marital assessment tool, which I utilize to enhance understanding and communication within relationships, enriching the journey toward lasting partnership.
I believe that we are not meant to shoulder our burdens alone; rather, we thrive in connection and support. It would be my distinct honor to walk alongside you, providing guidance as you process your pain, ultimately helping you to discover a renewed sense of hope and healing. “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.” - Romans 15:13
