I believe that through our trials and life experiences, God has a plan of redemption for us. Our pain has purpose, as I’ve experienced in my own life. My desire is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you through this time. My promise is to greet you with compassion and grace, to give you support and an understanding ear.

I graduated with my master’s in Social Work from UNO in 2003 and have 20 years of experience working as a therapist in a variety of settings. I am a LIMHP and LICSW in the state of Nebraska.

My experience covers a wide range of clientele from school-aged children, adolescents, families, couples, and adults. I incorporate evidence-based models into my practice to include EMDR, TF-CBT, attachment theory and play therapy. I have worked with those who struggle with depression, anxiety, ADHD, a disconnect in family or marital relationships, self-harming behaviors, adolescent substance use, anger, and stress.

In Jesus’ own words:

“The thief comes to steal, kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” —John 10:10
